August: successful first blower door tests

Young enterprise creator of the year

(June 2009) Green Immo's first project, the "GLOBE Project" is now underway. Green Immo is still to this day the only private developer active in this area, and is looking for investors ready to finance the development of future sustainable development projects, primarily in Brussels. Green Immo selected by the Brussels Region for its GLOBE Project
(11th February 2008) Green Immo, with the FHW architectural practice, has been chosen by the Brussels Region within the framework of its call for model building projects. This call for projects opened in June 2007, a hundred files were submitted and, of those, 39 were selected.
This selection by the Region means that a grant will be made but, above all, it represents recognition of the energy and environmental quality of the building put forward by Green Immo. It reaches the energy objectives set by the Region, by minimizing the primary energy needs and achieving goals in terms of eco-construction, not only through the attention paid to the materials used but also with the integration of the building into its surroundings.
